Liftin question
I have a 94 splash 4x4 ext cab, am putting a skyjacker 6" lift with the extended radius arms, my question is.......
#1 can i install the extended radius with the stock brackets ?
#2 or do i need to also buy the radius arm brackets that are available in the full stage 2 kit ?
I know that if i use the stock radius arm brackets they will have to be relocated.
Lookin forward to your responses

1) You should be able to, if there aren't any new brackets in the kit you are getting, than you don't need new ones and can use the stock ones. Just make sure you read what all the kit has/requires before you start it.
2) You could buy it and be fine for sure, but if you don't need it I wouldn't waste the money on them. I believe the new brackets in their stage 2 kit is just for the bling factor, not sure you really need them unless you cannot install them on stock brackets, which I think you can.

as long as your stage 1 kit is complete you can. when you lift it, the radius arms will need to be longer, you say your kit came with new ones so thats not a big deal. the stock bushings will also be the wrong angle, so the kit should have come with some new radius arm bushings. is the stage 2 kit designed to be used with the brackets AND the arms?

Haha, go Zach. When are you getting your 6.0 kit boi!?
Wayne, try calling some lift places or offroad shops around you to get better answers. Bracket lifts are not my area (I know of them, just have biased opinions of them) so someone else might be your best bet in terms of information, but I hope what I typed is accurate and helps.

I had heard that, you could use the stock brackets but was woundering if it was just here say.
Looking at the stockers..... i was thinking that when i move the brackets back the angle of where the end of the arms go into the brackets is gonna be all f 'ed up.
But if i understand you guys correctly, either the kit has the correct bushings, or correct bushings can be bought that will correct the angle........right? i hope so, cause if not it's gonna cost me an extra 400-500 bones for the skyjacker brackets.
Anyhow thanks guys
