3.0 rangers....power affected by 3 lift?
I added 31 inch tires and a 3 inch rear add a leaf lift. This did not noticeably affect power. Does anyone know if a 3 inch front spindle lift affects power on the 3.0s? Im not concerned too much about MPGs, but any less power on the highway would suck!
Got a 2003, xlt, 3.0 ranger. Forest green. No considerable rust. Shes a beauty despite the slowness so I still love her haha.
Thanks!

Ive had the 31s for a while. Ive noticed that the speedo reads about right still up to ~45 mph. After that it reads about 5 MPH slow (according to GPS). I've given up trying to figure out what my MPG is, since despite having a 17 gallon gas tank I've definitely topped off more than that. I just go by the average "trip" mile counter reading per tank. In the winter, 200 miles city/highway is typical. In the summer 250 is normal if I recall correct. Ive gotten up to 275/300 doing mostly highway. Since getting the tires, that hasn't changed too too much.
