3" lift

I've got an 89 2.9, 4x4, super cab, 5 speed. When I bought the truck, the kid told me it had a 3" suspension lift on it. Now, one of the coil springs is broken. Anybody know if there are any manufacturers out there that make 3" lift springs? All I've been finding recently are 2", 4", or 6"

that was my plan. to buy the pair, but I'd like to try and keep it sitting the way it is, so I need to find a set of 3" springs. If I go with 4" springs, will I have any issues with alignment or steering?

Just go with the 4 inches. That extra inch will make zero difference
