35's or 33's ?????

I have a 2000 ranger xlt 4x4 with cranked t-bars up to 3" and taller leafs that added 3". I have 265's on it now with plenty of room. I want to put a 3" body lift on it and i dont know if i should go with a 35 if it will evan fit, or a 33? any one with pics of 6" lift and 35's or 33's would help a lot.

Do you plan on offroading at all? If you do, I hope it is just mudding and nothing with any real articulation. You are going to be pulling the living hell out fo those bedsides. I pulled mine with only 265's. Mind you the rear tire was about 2 feet off the ground, but still LOL. If you are getting them, I would suggest a James Duff traction bar as well.

Haha, The black ranger (with mis-matched wheels) in that first picture has the same lift my truck had before i did the SAS. I still have the lift if anybody wants it...

This might help a little more. Stepsides have more room though. But you will still be fine with 6" and 35's. He has 1-1.5" tbar crank and a 3" body.

33's

35's

Yeah, older rangers don't sit as high. Also the green ranger with the custom front bumper doesn't show it exactly either. The front bumper is the main reason why you can't fit bigger tires most of the time. I'd say get 33's as I don't think you've regeared and I don't think your going to want such tire stuffage.

That was including the 3" torsion bar lift he said he had, which he then changed to 2 3/4" which I really doubt he even measured.

Here, this should help alot. Read it carefully, I honestly do not think with just a T-bar crank, and shackles that you will fit 35's. If you are going to do this, invest either in a Sawzall or another bed

Yeah I know. I doubt he got that much either but I am just going by what he said and 6" would be fine for 35's.

I did measure. This a pic of it as it sits 265 buckshots with the T-bars cranked and the taller leafs. http://www.flickr.com/photos/34657784@N02/3236512639/

It defiantly needs 35's! That will look sick with 35's. Anything less and it won't look as good.

Have you cranked the torsion bars? Or did you install the Torsion Keys?

OK you didn't say that. Cranking the tbars and installing torsion keys are different. You might have gotten 3" then.
