UPS GRRRRRRR!!!!!!!! B.S.

My Lift shackles were supposed to come in yesterday with UPS. They claimed I wasnt here for pick up , no call was made or nothing. Then today UPS calls me at 9am telling me they'll drop it off between 10:30 and 1:30 and to be home. Its now 4:58 and It has not showed up, the deliverer will not answer his phone and UPS has no idea where it is or what happened.

Thing that really Pisses me off about UPS ordering from the US is the fee's they charge you for importing.

$25 item
$26 shipping

Now they want $19 brokerage fee on top of it. HOW CAN YOU CHARGE twice for the same $25 pacage.

IT was the same B.S. Last time I ordered from summit.

IT was $70 more when I picked it up.
Since when do you have to pay before you get it when you paid the seller.

I HATE UPS. How they can do whatever they like and charge more than everyone else out there.

..

I just got some shackles sent to me in Canada from California, and UPS delivered it 2 days early. I wasn't here the first day, and the note said it would be here between 10:30 and 2pm the next day. It arived the next day, but at 7:30pm. But I got them.

Your situation sucks though, shipping to Canada is a big conspiracy! US people get free shipping, but as soon as you cross that imaginary line it jumps to 100's of dollars!

Dude I boycott UPS now. I hate that company so much. The only way to avoid getting the brokerage fees are if the item is worth $60 or less or if you ship with the expedited service. I always ship USPS now and will never go back. I recently purchased a bow for about 140 bucks USD. For some reason the seller insured it for $500 so UPS assumed the bow was that much. The bow was used and I was charged $94.64 in brokerage and customs fees. UPS wouldn't help me out at all with a refund or anything.

It's about time Canadians boycott that terrible company.

I am sure you know now, but if it is coming to Canada, never go through UPS. USPS will not charge you for brokerage at all, and it usually gets here just has fast.

You sir are a Canadian's best friend.

I hate dealing with UPS. Whenever I buy something from the US, I always ask the private seller, or the company I am dealing with if they will ship the item USPS and mark it as a gift. It takes longer to arrive, but I would rather wait than to be raped by a man in a brown suit.

I hate UPS too. When I ordered the exhaust for my Dodge, they sent it to Omaha Nebraska. Last time I checked, Omaha was about 1700 miles to the east of Columbia Falls, Montana.

Then, they drop it off in the MIDDLE of my driveway. Not at my doorstep, but right where people drive through. WTFINGF?!?!?!? Walk about 5 yards, and you'll be at my damn doorstep!
