Mine is just coils. Its not a coilover, although I wish it was. Coils and coilovers will flex better than most leaf setups. And coilovers are super versatile compared to leafs. Coilovers are the ideal setup IMO but they are big $$$. Coils are not nearly as expensive and they still perform very well.

A lot of people do leaves because of the simplicity, but leaves come with their own set of problems to overcome so its a tradeoff IMO.

I know how big its gonna be ... my brother has 9 inches on his ranger and I would be very happy to put him to sham ... ya know what i mean orrr??

i think you need to go and read all the sas threads there is tons of info there. it will answer tons of questions and help you learn what it involves to do a sas.

You can google "leaf vs coils" but basically to sum it up, Coils can have more flex. Leafs have this weird situation where in flexing situations they move the axle location influencing steering. Leafs are generally a rougher ride but better for heavy vehicles. They're much more simpler to install. Coils generally are preferred though. Leaves are easy to change your ride height also.
