5/7 Drop

I just bought a 1993 Ranger ext. Cab with the 3.0L. I'm Planning on putting the 3 inch djm dream beams and 2 inch belltech springs on the front and a 4 inch flip kit and 3 or 4 inch drop leafs on the back. Does that sound like a good set-up for the truck? Can anyone give me any tips on how to do this stuff. This is my first ford, I used to deal with s-10's. Those were a snap. Im also putting on 15 inch rims with a 195/50r/15 tire. I like small rims. I like the old school i guess

flipkit will net you 5 inches, flip the rear leaf spring hangers on the frame for 10 bucks in bolts and it will get you 2 more inches. You will need to notch the frame.

as for the front sounds like you have the right idea, just buy some camber bushings so you can align it.

So the front sounds good? I bouth this flip kit from stlin concepts and they say its only a four in flip kit. So all i have to do is flip the hangers for another 2 inches?

If you really want to lower the rear explorer axle swap. 31 spline axles, new gear ratio (3:73's or 4:10's), and it will be a spring under axle.

hey mark, what was the rear hangers flip you were talking about? where can I get the bolts from, and im guessing I flip the front hanger since the rear is already longer.

flip the rear hanger and you can get the bolts at any hardware store
