80's-96 f150 coil spring rates

can anyone get me a list of the 80's-96 f150 coil spring rate codes?
i know it goes a-h i think, and 1-8, not sure how it works.

i know they are 2" longer then the ranger springs, i just need to know what the softest spring is, being that my truck is a 4cyl reg cab, its still kinda heavy.

thanks.

can't help you with rates....but i'd hit up a set of springs from an 300ci inline 6 truck. But them again, those inliners are heavy. hmm. Dunno. Head out to the JY my friend.
