The part that is broken, by the chilton discription, is the passenger side "Front spring upper seat" it attaches to the frame and holds the top of the spring and the shock. Ford dealer says part was dropped in 1999. Considering the u pull it alternative but that could be a nightmare. Anyone with any history on this issue. Thank in advance
