3 inch coil spacer lift

Im considering doing a 3 inch steel coil spacer on the front, and a 2 inch block on the back on my ‘06 RWD, but I’m concerned that I’ll have to upgrade my shocks, and I have absolutely no clue to what. Any suggestions or helpful tips?

You will definitely have to get extended shocks. You can get shock extensions in the front but I don't know which shocks you'll have to get for the rear. I got the rancho rs5000x extended shocks for my truck. Instead of lift blocks you can get expo leaf springs for the rear and it will effectively do the same thing.
