Softer shocks

I have a stock 09 FX4. 50K miles. Love it! I would like a softer ride on the road for my old bones & back. I have stock Rancho shocks. Can anyone recommend a good gas shock that would match the stiff springs but soften the ride. I know its a truck, but there must be a solution.

Monroe sensatracs are pretty good if you want a good ride and don't need a heavy duty shock. they self adjust to what you're driving on and have a lifetime warranty. I'd be running those if i didn't wheel my truck at all.

I have KYB gas-a-just shocks and after 5000 they have softened up so much that my truck rides like a buick. I don't really like it but sounds perfect for you.
