removing rear blocks

removing rear blocks
i'm sure everybody is tired of the lowering an edge topic. those people might want to leave now =] haha jk. i'm going to loosen the torsion bar and remove the rear blocks. the problem is i haven't found any instructions on how to remove the rear blocks, can somebody help me with this? what will i need, instructions, directions, so on and so on, and don't be afraid to be detailed, i'm a lil of teh slow. any help is appreciated.

remove the rear blocks but go out and buy new ubolts the stock ones are way to long.
Instructions.... jack truck up put on jack stands (or redneck style with a log.) take off tires put floor jack under pumpkin, undo ubolts and lower shock bolts(you dont have to remove shock bolts) drop rear just enough to grab lift blocks and throw them across the drive way picking them up later. jack the rear back up and bolt in... DONE..... wait your not done till you jack the truck down and make sure you put the tires on first......
