Icon5 add a leaf

it seems like theres a couple different options for add a leafs, but i have no idea what i should be looking for. is there a specific kit thats better than the rest?

any help is greatly appreciated

I forget which one it is, short or long one of em makes for a stiff ride. I got mine from summit.

An AAL is a AAL. Only thing different about them is the lift amount and whether they are full length or shorty's.

ok so lets say i went with the same ones and some belltech 6400 shackles. that would give me about 3 inches of lift, right?

and since im replacing my superlift lift blocks with the aal, would i be needing new u bolts?

Yes. It's a part that should be replaced. They stretch. You can get them from any alignment/spring place. I think summit carries them too.

I kept my stock blocks, I'm guessing your just gonna crank your bars?

I'm running the Belltech 6400's and Procomp 13120 AAL... it sits level with the Superlift front but if your bars are cranked at all it'll be higher in the front than the back!

no i dont have any t bar crank at all, but im planning on switching to coil overs in the near future

Not to be a thread jacker but i was reading around that short ones tend to wear out the stock leafs quicker and have a ruffer ride than the long ones.
