ANYBODY KNOW A GOOD FULL SUSPENSION LIFT FOR A 98 xlt 4x4 4.0 extended cab

I am looking to get a lift for my truck but cannot seem to find a full suspension lift only a body lift. Does anyone know any manufacturers of one or a website to order. Thanks.

Also was looking to get like a 4 inch lift and use 32x11.50 inch tires. would that work or would i have to change the gears in the differential so i dont ruin the engine?

The only SL out there "new" is superlift. You can find used RCD's or superlifts online.

As for regearing, who told you it would ruin your motor? The only thing your gonna do is go through more fuel since your gear ratios are making your truck feel underpowered. 32's would be fine if you were running a 4.10 gear ratio. If you have 3.73's or for some strange reason 3.55's I would regear to either 4.10 or just over compensate for 33's w/a set of 4.56 gears.

You might also wanna search a bit better next time. Welcome to the site.

What morris said is correct. Make sure you try the search next time as there are countless threads exactly like this one already on here and every other ranger site. None the less, Welcome to R-F!
