ORW is a site sponser that carries the kit....had a special a while back that ended up being an alright deal. It included the front shaft that you'll eventually need anyway(ticking timebomb...can go in 5k, can go at 30k).

https://www.ranger-forums.com/forum2...t-special.html

Google it. Sorry....but it's the truth. Tons of retailers that list it. There's alot of price fluctuation depending on where you guy and where you look. I know I can get it for $1300 f&r my cost. Tons of online retailers have prices in the 1400-1700 range. I think you can order directly from Superlift on their website too.

It's probably cheaper to order the complete front and rear kit instead of box by box. Even if you don't use what's included for the rear. I didn't. Didn't wanna stack blocks.

Oh alright, thanks. Sorry, i google it but always get confused who is sellng the entire kit with the rear lifts or just the lift. So if i can find the front kit somewhere new for less than a thousand, i should probably go for it?

Yeah...but the chances of that are VERY slim....

Most if not all places will list the entire kit. Most people wouldn't want just a front kit, they'd want to lift the entire truck. lol. If that makes sense.

I know my cost is just a little bit more than what my friend's shop buys the kits for.

Yeah, thats very true. I kinda got myself into a predicament i guess. Oh well. Did Superlift ever sell the front and rear kits seperately?

You can buy 'em seperately. Each box has a seperate part number. You can piece a kit together over time if you can't drop the green all at once...but overall cost would be quite a bit higher than the entire kit right off the bat.

Used kit prices are in the 500-900 range generally. I got my kit used and there's not much to go wrong or wear out on them....if all the pieces are straight, you're good to go.

Don't worry about the predicament. Superlift wants you to stack their block ontop of the stock block. I didn't like that....so I went AAL and Shackle instead for that 3" of lift.

i was thinking that was more blocks in the back than i wanted anyways. The rear is the easy part anyways. But i will keep my eyes open for it. Can i ask how much you paid for your kit used? Thanks

Even if you buy the whole kit you could try and sell just the rear to someone else?

Since I have new leafs in going in the rear of my 03, I will have at least some of the parts in the rear kit available.
My kit should ship on friday (so I have been told) and then the install will begin so I will know what i=is left over in about two weeks (hoping).
I will post when the parts are available.

you have to be careful on shipping costs. They can be as high as $200 from the guys throwing out a cheap price.

do you have to have the superlift driveshaft? why couldnt you swap a earlier manual transfercase, swap it in, and use the explorer driveshaft?? probably cheaper than buying that front superlift shaft?

any thoughtS??
