Beware spindle lift before buying

well johnson and i just realized that the lifting spindles are different from the years.

1998-2000 and 2001-2007 are two diff spindles. its because of the disc rotor size. the 01+ have a bigger rotor then the previous years.

just a caution for those looking to buy lifting spindles

hmm....if it were me......i'd get the 01+ spindles and upgrade to 01+ brakes too! can never have enough braking power especially when lifting and putting on heavier/bigger tires.

all he would have to do is get the bigger rotors correct?

cause the caliper is already out far enough. only half the brake pad is touching his rotor cause the caliper is moved out further making room for our larger rotors, so if he gets the bigger rotors he should be just fine.

should be just fine. Need to make sure the inner and outer bearings are the same part numbers just to make sure. Other than that, that's all he's gotta do. I'm 75% sure about this.
