Bilstein 4600 Bolt Torque
 

Putting Bilstein 4600's on all four corners soon. Their instructions are quite poor, so I was wondering what torque specs others have used to tighten the front and rear shocks down? I know the fronts can be tightened just by seeing the bushings compress, but unsure about the rears.
