Bilsteins Don't Fit

Decided to upgrade to some Bilsteins. Ordered a set of four, and the front ones don't fit.

According to Bilsteins' website, they fit. But the holes are way too far apart. Anyone else have this issue?

I believe it depends on coil spring or torsion bar front suspension, not RWD or 4x4

Well, Bilstein says they're supposed to fit as I don't have coil-overs.

How about if you tell us what your Ranger is and the part number of the Bilsteins.

'09 4WD (found under my profile). Bilstein 24-196260 (found by following the link I provided).

Your profile is not showing on my computer. The shocks showing on that website are not for a 4WD Ranger. That is the style for 2WD. The front shocks for 4WD have an extended stem at the bottom to clear the drive axle.
