If you guys can "hammer" them back into place, your U-bolts might be too loose! There no way I could get enough momentum on a hammer under my truck to make them move... there just not enough room to fully swing a hammer! or maybe im just a wimp! lol

Arnt Over loads supposed to be flat? thats the whole point of them

mine were like that. i did just like everyone else and beat em back into place with a BFH

I'd recommend upgrading your u-bolts to 5/8" for wheelin'. Then add a second set of high nuts under the the u-bolt plates and screw them in line with the overload leafs. What this will do is take up the space and keep the overloads from walking out too far.

^sounds like a great idea. i might do that, i have the same problem.
