Bouncing after hitting bump on highway

So I was going to New Jersey the other day and was doing about 60-70mph on the highway I hit a bump (such as crossing a little bridge) it felt like the truck was very loose and kinda bouncy. It's happened a few times and once or twice I felt like it was about to lose control. Im sure this is probably not normal and was wondering what it might be? I researched and found that it may be shocks or leaf springs or both. My truck feels really good driving normal. It seems like it gets that way when I'm driving a little fast on the highway. Also want to mention the rear end kinda slants to the right if you are looking at it from behind. I appreciate anyone's help with any ideas of what I should look into. Thanks!

Could very well be the shocks. If you don't know the history of your new truck, than its time to do some maintenance on it.
