how to raise the front?

the RCD kits basically level you out and give you room for larger tire fitment.
Given you're 2wd and wanting the prerunner look then I'd look into some long travel systems. Camburg has one helluva setup for 2wd EDGE rangers, but it'll cost ya a pretty penny just like the RCD did. Not sure what they offer in just 2wd trucks (XL or XLT). You can also look into Dixon Bros Racing. If I could have afforded it and it was more the direction of what I wanted to take my truck, then I'd have the DBR 4x4 long travel system. There's at least one, possibly 2 guys (that I know of) on here running the DBR 4x4 LT kit. I believe DrivAPrerunner has a camburg build-up thread going and rngprerunner has a DBR 4x4 LT thread as well as a 4-link thread. I don't recall if DrivAPrerunner is 2wd or 4x4.
Careful of rngprerunner. He's got this weird facination for axles. Just check this forum some. I'm not really sure what else we can offer you regarding the RCD kit and your stance. Aside from you, all of us on here that either have or are getting the RCD kit have 4x4 rangers. Maybe check the RCD measurements thread.....your coils could be sagging up front. You could also look into different leaf packs for the rear (Deavers are my choice) that would allow you to eliminate the AAL and lift block in the rear, possibly lowering the rear some, resulting in the stance you want. Again, though, the RCD kit was designed to offer better front suspension and yield room for larger tires through lifting the vehicle via a drop down bracket setup. It wasn't meant for pre-running or a stance like such.

For what it's worth I got the F31 pack.
