dude let me know, cash in hand buddy!!! I like the look of those bars and im sure they'd help out with the front suspension.. Those drop down cross members do need a little bit more support, not very noticeable but do need it though!!! hurrrrry i want a set with the quickness lol

Just to clarify since I've seen this said many many many times....

The brackets are the same if they're for a unlifted truck or for a lifted truck(superlift)....they are the same brackets. The only variable is the coil-over you are going to use. 6.5" travel accross the board, expanded and collapsed length would be alot different compared to what's listed above. Above is for superlifted folks converting using these brackets. Again...stock or not stock, the brackets are the same.

shadow905,
From a noobie/(quality inspector areo-space) to bootie drive, all looks great and can hardly wait for the shock mounts and Support Bar Mounts and maybe the bars themselves.
I want to see where this goes before ordering the SuperLift Kit so please do it.
shadow905, thanks for doing this and thanks to all of the guys that put out the info on the shocks and other parts.
PLEASE let me know when to drop the bucks, biting at the bit.

So...just to figure things out...

You have pieces cut for you on the CNC plasma, then you weld 'em up, then ship 'em?

yea. i cut them out on my own to begin with. made a set and made sure they worked out properly. now, to expedite things, im working with one of my customers from work to get them cut out via his cnc plasma machine. that way i dont spend every night and every weekend cutting the pieces out. when i get them back, ill weld them up, test em out, and shippem to yall. i still think pricing will be roughly 110 + shipping.

Exactly. Basically, I want to convert the front over to coilovers so I can get rid of the Torsion bars.

It will allow me to drop the front on the 4wd. Only remaining problem will be the balljoints... but I'll be working on creating custom control arms from my '99 to allow the balljoints to sit right at a low stance. Hopefully I'll end up at about the same place as a 4/5 drop would get with DJM kit with no excess wear on the suspension pieces (not sure on CVs yet, we'll see).

I do plan to run coilovers for my '99 once I get the 44 in it, but that's entirely different kind of mount.

i dont forsee any problems with your cvs. at that angle, or should i say, lack of angle, your cvs will probably love you. they will be probably be straighter than if you lifted it. as for ball joints, not sure how that will work. good luck on that. maybe when you do it, post it up so other will be able to learn somethin new.

For sure. I know D. has done a ton of work into this so I'll be using him as resource for sure. I think he might already be converted over to coilovers. Not sure though. I think he's still got some stuff up over at Gen-Edge (as he's no longer on this board).

Anyway, keep us posted. I'll probably be one of the first to place an order once their ready.

another update. i may have found a source for the spacers that are needed for the upper bracket to work. I wont find anything out until next week sometime though. Sucks but its the best my guy can do. I will keep yall posted as soon as I hear something. In the mean time, I already have drawn up brackets for the supper bars and will start work on those this weekend while I wait...

Updates and pics to come as soon as I do work.

Same. I'm definitely in for a set as soon as you can get them made, top spacer or not. I can figure that part out on my own.

As for shock tab width, I'd say keep it the same as RCD.

Awesome work
