Are the spacer things or whatever nick had to use to fix your steering stop thing included in the kit now?

I've never rode in a coffin before; it’s a one way ride.

I haven't had any issues with mine. The steering stop was the only thing that had to be adjusted on mine. Once that was done my calliper hasn't been touching anything

why would you put coil overs on stock ride height?

waste of money.

my cars coil overs were $1800.. why spend that on a non lifted truck..

Because even after the truck is lifted you can still have coil overs instead of torsion bars. I plan on getting the superlift for my truck, superlift uses torsion bars unless you have done the coil over conversion. After the truck is lifted all you need to do is get longer stroke shocks

Would you not need longer coils when you lift yourself? so your paying twice?

hey 2007 have you decided on when your going to do this yet, im considering it but they did bring up a good point, it kinda is alot of money when all said and done just to be riding at stock height you know. Can you atleast get alittle bit higher than stock from these coilovers without having to add a suspension lift??

yeah I just wrote your PM back, but I guess getting the height of completly maxed out t bars but still have a good safe riding truck might be worth it. and if you do decide to body lift your truck, you wont see the stupid t bars and protection boxes around the bolts that are sooo ugly on body lifted trucks.

You need limit straps. Mine doesn't do that.

So Villen, what are the specs for the shocks & springs you got? I'm probably never going to put a Superlift in mine, but I plan on going up a couple of inches, and I'd like the ride of the coilovers over the cranked torsion bars. Having a starting point for the coilovers would be good information.

Stock height or lifted it seems like the increase in ride comfort would be worth quite a bit of dollars to me. Riding on cranked T-bars sucks from my experience. I def. want to do this with my superlift..just waiting for a good set of brackets!

OK, so I\'m looking at picking up a set of coilovers, and I am thinking of going with the Fox emulsion 2.0 units, part number 980-99-002-A. 8.5\" travel, and the lengths look right for a truck sitting stock or at cranked t-bar height.

Anyone have any input on these?

BTW, I will be having the brackets made and getting prices on them for a possible GP. I already mentioned this in the coilover brackets thread. Just figured based on the last post that I\'d mention it here.

i think those might be a tad much travel for a stock application. Stock I believe is only like 5" of travel.

The issue I was looking at when I picked those is the overall length. I wanted to make sure that it wouldn't be close to topping out at ride height.
