Front end clunk

I have had this since August 2011. Happens when moving while turning on gravel roads, weird bumps and off road. Now the LCA on flat level ground looks awfully close to the bump stop I'll have pics whe it's day time. But today i slapped some grease on the bump stop to see if its hitting and the LCA is slapping the CRAP out of it. But also when I turn the wheel on ashphalt i can feel a pop in the front.

Parts in the last year
Hubs
Outter Tie Rods
Lower Ball Joints
UCA and Joints

What i noticed the DS lower ball joint wont take grease (will change zerk)
Never done inner tie rods ever

Posting up some photos could help. The LCA shouldnt be hitting the bumpstop on level ground over small bumps.

Your LCA shouldn't be hitting that unless your going over something big.
I don't understand why it is so close to the stop already. If anything, it should be farther because of the over size tires.

The size of your tires has no relation to the distance between your lca and bump stop. Your t-bars is what will determine the static distance between the two.

Do you still have sway bar links or did you take them off?

Sway Bar is gone. I thought it was the endlinks clunking away. PC things the shocks blown and I'm just riding around on the Tbar

It's slapping the LCA going over bumps down the road, Making tons of noise. That pic is on a Flat level surface

Thats normal for the bumpstops. I even hit them on logging roads.

have someone move your steering wheel back and forth while you look at the tie rods. If there is a knocking sound and the outer looks solid then change the inner tie rod. I just had to do mine

btw you wont find loose balljoints unless you jack the truck up with the tire off the ground
