coil spring question

i have a 95 3.0 ranger the back is fine but the front sits so low, super bouncey and kills the bump stops like it sits 3/4 inch from the stops and they are hammered.

i was going to put 30's on my truck but they wont fit i know they wont it sits to low.

i was wanting to get a 2 inch coil spacers but since im removing the spring should i get new springs?

also is there anyway to tell if their bad? I will post pics of the rangers stance soon.

Thanks

I'd definitely say they've had it sounds like they haven't been changed since 95 man i just lowered mine 4 inches in the front and my bumpstop is still a good distance away and in regards to telling if they're bad the only way i can think of telling is by comparing em to new ones so yes i highly suggest you get some new ones you can prob find some nice ones on summit and make sure to get a spring compressor you can get a good one for $40 at any auto store.

go with the spacers , f150 springs are too stiff and they will over stress your ball joints ultimately resulting in failure
