2) I'm expecting to be able to pick up the ones from the powdercoater by Friday.

3) I'm going to be ordering the stock for the second run this week, as I've gotten a few inquiries over the past few days.

4) Unfortunately, after the first run, I got some feedback from the welder and the cutter that future runs will cost me a little bit more, so I am updating pricing for future orders and here it is:

Brackets in black powdercoat, gussets, grade 8 zinc plated hardware, and spacers: $290
Brackets without powdercoat, gussets, grade 8 zinc plated hardware, and spacers: $270
Upgrade to grade 18-8 stainless steel hardware: add $10

Shipping:
$11 continental US
$28 Canada

Now that one run has been done, things should go a little smoother.

I'll keep updating on the current orders until they ship, and everyone will receive a tracking number for their order.

FYI, for the side to side spacers, you need the following dimensions:

Inside width of upper mounts: 1.5"
Inside width of lower mounts: 1.25"

If you order the brackets from me and tell me the shocks you're using, I'll include them for you.

PM me if you're looking to get in on the GP.

If only all my spare funds weren't going to the pay off I would order a set.

I'd really love to hear from someone who has installed the first set. Feedback would be great, and so would some pics!

Update on the second run: they're at the welder now. They should be done by next weekend, and I'll be dropping of a few to the powdercoater. Still a few spots open on the run!

Has anyone tried to install these on MOOG lower control arms? I was going to buy new MOOG lower and upper control arms for my ranger, but would still like to do the coilover conversion in the near future. Also, i know its a little off topic, but has anyone heard of any problems with alignment or driving issues on control arms that are NOT motorcraft? Thank you.

If your putting new control arms in you'll need an alignment. They will work fine if they are a replacement part for your ranger though.

Since they're factory replacements, I would be shocked to find out if they differed in any way that would affect these. These brackets have a slightly elongated hole that goes over one of the factory shock mount bolts. The Moog holes should be in the same spot, but the elongation allows for slight variance, so if they aren't exactly in the right spot, it should still be fine.

Still looking like I should have them back within the next few days, and drop them off to.the powdercoater on Monday. Shipping by the end of the month should still be the time frame.

Update: picking up the parts after work tonight. Ordered the hardware today.
I'll be dropping them off at the powdercoater tomorrow.

Still a few spots available on this run!

Expected shipping to be next week some time, depending on how quick I can get them back from the powdercoater.

I still have some spots available on this run. PM me if you want to order a set.

All pricing is at the top of the page. Shipping anywhere in the continental US is the same.

if i may add, if anyone by any means want to run another brand coilover, for example king, they carry a 6" travel shock. if you went king, i suggest them on a superlifted truck, they are a little tight on my stock height sport trac but they do work. as far as i know, i believe king, fox, qa1, SAW's and possibly foa carry something for us coilover conversion-ers.

OK guys, everything looks on schedule to be done by next Friday.

Still 3 spots left on this run if anyone wants in! If you want powdercoating, it may be a little longer. I only dropped off enough to cover those who ordered them with powdercoat, but the brackets are done.

I just like to speak on behalf of all of us here, we all really do appreciate you taking your time and effort to do this... it sounds liek an amazing project and if all goes well i hope you can make a solid kit with everything included, and make some serious money on this.

I know theres alot of avid wheels on the island here where i am and i could definately have a few kits sold asap. Keep us posted, im pretty much waiting for you guys to do the first test tries and so everyone knows what works :) id love to purchase a solid kit with everything included, i got my welder buddy all lined up lol

Thanks again

Agreed, it's unfortunate that all these "little companies" are coming out with ranger aftermarket after the truck is done.
