yea there is some interest there. just sucks that its crazy expensive. almost 13.50 a foot right now

shadow905 08-12-2009 09:48 AM

i wonder if superlift would sell all the parts necessary to do the lift without the torsion bar drop brackets. pretty much just the crossmember and spindles and drop brackets for the diff..... i wonder...

i would have met you in Buda or something and gave them to you for free.. coulda brought the gears and spool too.

shadow905 08-12-2009 08:34 PM

maybe in a week or two i would be down for that. want those gears! ill still grab those bars from you if you dont want them. would keep them for my accuracy check

BlkoutGT 08-12-2009 08:39 PM

When is your deadline for ordering this group buy?

shadow905 08-12-2009 08:49 PM

why? what time frame are you looking at? pm me if you have some concerns

KLC 08-12-2009 08:58 PM

I'm 100% on this. PM sent with one more question before I send payment.

shadow905 08-12-2009 09:31 PM

is anyone interested in a group buy on coilovers? got a lead today that those that still need coilovers may find appealing. let me know if interested and ill get numbers

BLK02 08-12-2009 09:41 PM

will you still take orders later on? I would want to see them finished on a truck before I make any final descisions.

Red_Ak_Ranger 08-12-2009 10:01 PM

dude just interested to know, I have a superlifted ranger, what price am i looking at for ALL the parts i will need, from you?

GrafixGuy 08-12-2009 10:03 PM

Group BUY!!!

I have a job and I want to do this!!!

BUT I want a ballpark figure

99ranger4x4 08-12-2009 10:13 PM

ONE BILLION DOLLARS!

GrafixGuy 08-12-2009 11:34 PM

figured, lol

RangerNVS 08-13-2009 05:08 AM

PATIENTLY.....heheheh waiting.....

Fx4wannabe01 08-13-2009 05:27 AM

Duders....the RCD bars are literally exhaust pipes. super light and when you hit 'em with a wrench, they sound like exhaust pipes. lol. Sch40 or even 80 is better than those RCD's.

Jake...I can't do it this time around. Maybe in a few months.

1-1/4" sch40 actually has almost 3/16" wall.

1-1/2" sch40 is pretty close to 1/4" wall.

i personally am gonna do one of those. not dom. too expensive

inh 08-13-2009 07:33 AM

How about a ballpark price on the coilover conversion gear with the number of people you have now that are interested? Obviously the more people the less it will cost, but I'm sure he can give you a ballpark quote now..

shadow905 08-13-2009 07:43 AM

yep....give me a little bit and ill get yall some numbers

Scrambler82 08-13-2009 11:04 AM

shadow905,
Did you get my PM ?
If not, I'm in on both... (shock mounts and strut brackets) let me know how much, when AND oh ya the paypal account ?

Group Buy on the Shocks is a good idea but we need to vary the spring rates so people with heavier bumpers can get something a little stiffer.

Oh ya another thing, the heavy tubing on the strut bars will allow it to be used as a slider IF NECESSARY or at least catch the weight of the vehicle..
I think a good quality 1/4 wall tubing will work, although I do like the idea of the 0.120/0.250 Walled DOM Tubing.

thanks,
