DJM 4/5 front drivers side lean

DJM 4/5 front drivers side lean
Frame sits evenly at 13 1/2 in the front. Forgot the measurement for the rear but I know its even. 3/4 of a Tank
Driver Front=26.5
Driver Rear=27
Passenger Front=27.5
Passenger Rear= 27.25
I've been fighting this problem for around 2 months just trying to figure out what this issue is and I cant figure it out.
My best guess is body mounts because the frame is even, it could also be a incorrectly positioned spring but it doesn't look like it.
Any input would be greatly appreciated and ill provide any extra information about the truck if needed.
2000 Standard Cab Short Bed, 2.5 5 Speed, DJM 4/5 Drop
