does anyone have any opinions on a hybrid lift? does it give you a bigger lift or just as much lift as a super lift with cranked t-bars?

Just get the RCD is you want to go hybrid later. After you buy the RCD just save for better coils.

Dont get me wrong its not a bad kit, its just expensive as all hell, and the ride quality is nice, but it aint the best. Next time we have a meet ill let you drive my truck it aint that great.

I removed the sway bar, and that helped some.... but not much.

ahh yall are making this difficult its kinda a 50-50 thing and im probly just gonna rule out the hybrid idea unless it realy will add more height to the lift then cranking the t-bars with the super lift

as long as the ride is ok and dont beat the hell outta me on the road ill be fine but offroad it dont matter cuz ima be beatin the hell outta it lol

See my t bars are cranked and my truck just jumps all over the place. I hate how my truck rides now. Also didn't you say that the coils you have are too hard?

I think you should do a bit of homework. Doing a combination of a superlift and coil-over's would be a great setup. The whole idea between the superlift and the RCD is the RCD got rid of the torsion-bars. Which is a good plus. So you get the superlift and modify it with coil-over's you have the same setup pretty much. Plus have your choice in parts not just what is in the kit.

Yeah i know about the conversion thread but isn't just buying a RCD to begin with easier? It's the same thing in the end. The only advantage that I see to doing the hybrid setup is that you can use the larger brakes since the Superlift knuckles are drilled for the bigger brakes. I would also want the braces that the RCD kit comes with.
