My Spindles
ok so i ordered my spindles today over the phone and they're the doetsch tech spindles. The dude on the phone asked me what size blocks i wanted, 2,3, or 4..i didnt know what i wanted but i just said 3 because i knew the spindles lifted it about 3 inches...Did i make the right choice? im not a big fan of the prerunner style and i dont really care for the *** end to be hella higher than the front. With the three will it be level?

Welds can crack over time (every weld has a stress point, and no matter what people say, the weld is no stronger than the actual metal it is connected to unless DEEP penetration of both pieces is realized, and unless the parts aren't moving, which in suspension there is constant movement and vibration, they'd be okay, but it is an unsafe way to lift your truck). To do it the right way costs money, but can you put a price on safety? I know some others will disagree with me, but through all of the trucks I've helped build I now notice a lot more that should/shouldn't be done than I would've noticed before.
