lift Q

anyone use blocks in the back and spindles in the front to lift an edge?

um ya... tons.. btw stock edge's come with blocks..

i know that.

if i do 3.5 fabtech in the front, what else can i put in the front to give more lift?

I have no clue, I never cranked mine & ran 34" swampers.

I used Fabtech's spindle lift w/ the AAL, but that wasn't enough lift in the rear. I'd do the spindle in the front w. Chevy springs in the rear.

Cranking the torsion bars doesn't change the stiffness of the suspension. It just changes how much further the tire can travel downwards. I have the 3.5 fabtech with the torsion bars about 1/4" between the head of the bolt to the torsion key cover and it rides fine for me. For the rear you can get AAL and Chevy shackles and that'll level it out.

if ur worried about road noise, and how its gunna ride, keep it stock... it's deffiently not gunna ride like a caddy

I like the feel of cranked torsion bars. The more rugged the better, at least in a truck. I wouldn't mind long travel either though.
