Spanner wrench.

thats the fitting to charge it with nitrogen... idk if i take that out if the nitrogen will shoot out lol
Screw off the adjustment and lock nut at the top of the coilover to install the spring. Once the spring is on, you adjust the nuts back down to compress the spring. It is best to use a spanner wrench, like this: Off Road Warehouse - ICON 2 Pin Spanner Wrench - ALL ICON Coil-over Shocks |
SICK!
Just noticed, you got a sticker? I didn't get one.

you know the bottom cup should come loose and come off the shaft. slide the coil on then put the bottom cup back in.
Thats a nice X-Mas present.
so how do i kno when the tensioners are tight enough????
Just depends on how you like it to ride. The tighter the coils, the stiffer the ride. You will be making adjustments for awhile after you install them. Its just a matter of fine tuning to your comfort level.
ah gotcha... thanks guys!!
You bought coils but you don't even know how to install the spring? Probably was not the right setup for you.
ive done my research... they are going on the truck when my buddy clears out his garage!
