Gauging intrest: Tubular Uniball uppers
When I do my coil over conversion next month, I am also going to go ahead and build a set of tubular uppers with a uniball. Me and my buddy with a welder have been building control arms for bagged trucks and donks (don't hate, it paid the bills) for years.
The plan is to build it with a uniball that will fit in the same as the factory one, as well as to use heim joints instead of a regular bushing to attach it. This would make them adjustable for almost any application.
We are also tossing around the idea of building lowers, but with out a uniball, a different factory balljoint we have had great luck with. But we would build them with the mount built in for the C-O.
Just trying to see if there is any interest in something like this. We have kind of talked about, and since we both have real jobs, if we do this, we will build the parts, and not take any money till the item would be ready to ship so your not sitting there with money out and no product.

Not sure yet. We are going to start on my truck after the first of the year. We want to take our time and do it right, make sure everything works the way it should and go from there. They will be in an affordable price range though, not looking to make a killing or anything, just put out a good product that works like it should, and since its a side biz with no real overhead, we can make em' cheap.
