Got some 285/75-16s, need help

My front passenger tire has a bad leak (not fixable)

So I went ahead and bought some bigger tires (almost 33s)...I have a body lift sitting in my room, and I can not get it installed for about a month, the guy who is going to do it for me is extremely busy, so I was wondering if anyone located around INDIANAPOLIS, IN could help me crank my tbars....I live in an apartment complex and do not have any of the tools or anything

Also, how much of a crank do you suggest for me to fit my tires with no rubbing, I will only be driving it on the street, and will probably uncrank the tbars a bit when i get the BL on.

Useful info....

there are no special tools needed to crank your bars, just a ratchet and socket and measuring tape. it should take you all of 15 minutes to do it.

No jacks or anything, if worse comes to worse I can go rent some at autozone or something

yeah i bet they would let you use a jack. do you have your stock jack in your truck? it sucks but it will work.

im not sure about your year truck but it should be on the back wall under the cup holder thing, thats actually the jack cover.

edit: assuming yours is in the same spot, you can see what im talking about in my pic, its on the back wall in between the jump seats ( or speaker box in my case)

well than do 2" to be sure they will clear and adjust them back down once the tires are on if need be.
