Im new to this whole thing, will this work..

These rims IN 16x10 AMERICAN EAGLE TYPE 185 Wheels from National Tire & Wheel @ NTW
What size tires will work with these? I dont want them to rub. Any help is thankful NOTE: IT will be going on a 2001 ranger 2WD.

i think just a body lift would look weird ?
