Update: replaced my sway bar end links and bushing ☺ took it for a 5/10 minute drive and no rattling woohoo

Another question: here's my rotor that I was actually paying attention to today. It looks like my rotor and hub are one part even though I have a 2wd truck.

Oh, well I thought that the rotor/hub assembly was only a single part in 4wd rangers. So since that's the same as yours, have you changed your rotors during a brake job yet?
If so, do you have to change/reuse the wheel bearings?

2WD front rotors have the hub built in. The 4WD rotor does NOT have the hub built in.

Oh damn. will if I do the wheel bearings I may as well do the whole brake rotor/pad replacement too. I guess I'll wait until my pads need replacing.
I misunderstood, thanks for the clarification and dealing with my ignorant self lol.

No problem, glad to help. I have a 2003 2WD Edge (looks like your photo). My son has a 1999 XLT 4WD. His has the hub assembly that bolts to the spindle carrier and has the rotor that the lug studs stick through.
