Help on Undercoating

Ok so from what I understand the best and cheapiest way to go about doing this would be one coat of black paint and then two coats of rubberized undercoating....Now what i dont understand is what all to spray! I know the frame and axles are the more obivious ones but i dont know if i need to avoid any of the suspension parts. If anybody could tell me exactly what to spray and what not it to spray it would be a great help. THANKS

Oh, forgot one...Dont Spray Exhaust pipes

Use some cardboard to help shield stuff you dont want to get undercoat on

Seems pretty simple. Just dont spray anything that moves or gets hot. Make sure you take a lot of different looks from different angles so you dont miss any spots.

I also hit my frame up with a wire wheel prior to painting.

You need to use something that'll creep into cracks/welds/etc, something like rust check or corrosion free. Our salt trucks use fluid film and they put over 55000 tonnes of salt on our roads so far this winter.
