Hey I need help solving an issue.

So I tried finding another thread of someone having the same problem but I couldn't find anything. My trucks a 99 Ford ranger 4x4 and was converted to Manuel locking hubs. Ok so my truck has a wheel bearing go out so bad that my tire literally came off. So I went to the parts store for a new hub assembly/wheel bearing because my truck the hub and bearing are the same part. But because the bearing busted out I was missing the little spiral retaining ring that locks the axle into place inside the hub/wheel bearing. I ended up finding a snap ring that was the same exact size and used that instead to hold the axle in because part stores don't carry that retaining ring anywhere. Also I've had that same snap ring in for like a year almost and never had a problem. So anyways I was just trying to give a descriptive detail of what I did so far. But now the problem is my truck driver perfectly fine doesn't wobble or shake or do anything out of the normal but if I hit a bump my passenger tire the same one I did the wheel bearing in will start to vibrate. Once it starts vibrating it will only go away if I come to a complete stop. Then as I start going again it's perfectly fine I till I hit a bump.. so I jacked my truck up took the tire off where the sounds coming from and tried shaking it to see if anything was loose. I noticed the upper control arm and tie rod end were going out so I replaced those and still had the same problem. Then I took the tire off and tried spinning my rotor to see if it made any sounds and it felt like my breaks were kinda looked. Like it would turn but every now and then it felt like my rotor would catch up on something. So I took the brake caliper off and tried turning the wheel bearing and tried moving it in and out to see if it had play in it and the wheel bearing felt fine. Also before the vibrating started I did new rotors new pads and a new caliper so basically everything's brand new. I keep thinking that it's a sticking caliper but I don't get how that would make the truck vibrate from hitting a bump then just go away. Or I thought maybe the retaining ring I replaced is worn out and it's letting the axle move in and out of the hub when I stop and go. Idk I just keep spending money on it and this problem never went away
