hockey puck?

my friend is going to help me do a body lift, going with a hockey puck is that a good idea?

jtslmn720 03-02-2007 02:59 PM

no, no, and no.....

dirtbiker406 03-02-2007 03:01 PM

why?

jtslmn720 03-02-2007 03:04 PM

hockey pucks are not built to support the weight and shifting of a truck cab/bed.. they're rubberized where as body lift blocks are steel...

where can i find some cheap body lift kits

jtslmn720 03-02-2007 03:08 PM

PA makes a good 3" kit for rangers for maybe 200$.... you can do a 1" for roughly 80$ though which is prob the thickness of a puck...

Look around some of the desert racing team sites. Dixon Bros and Camburg come to mind. I'd recommend Camburg over Dixon based on what I've heard here, but I have no experience with either company myself.
