Uneven

Well I was cleaning my truck the other day and I noticed that my driver’s side sits about 2 inches lower than my passenger’s side. Is this normal or is my driver’s side suspension worn out or is the t bar just need to be tightened?

Normal. If you think about it there is a lot more weight on the drivers side with the driver and gas tank. Try evening it out with a t-bar crank on the drivers side, but you may need to replace some worn out springs.

Gas tank

It's the classic Ranger Lean due to the weight of the gas tank being primaraly on the drivers side.

okay i never thought about that. so should i think about replacing some parts or should i just tighten the t bars up some. i was also thinking about lifting the front of the truck so should i just do it all at the same time and get one adjustment>

not only the gas thing but, it always has a driver sitting there too. ..
i would just adjust your torsion bars to where you want the truck to sit...thats what the adjusting bolts are for anyways.

there is an easier way to make the lean go away, just take off the rear leafs and exchange them from 1 side to the other, lean gone,
or get another passenger side leaf pack from the Junkyard, and put it in,
but it will only last so long,

Get a fatter gf to sit in the passenger seat all the time. it'll even out....lol. 2inches sounds too much, but i suppose it true. Its cheaper to just deal with it. been fine the whole life of the truck....spend your money on moar mods!!!

plus you got the battery on the same side i think you should crank the drivers side t-bar more than the passengers see what ya get and go from there also a shock could possibly be bad...

yep, Just check out your torsion bar and see if you have some turns in it.. you can definitely always upgrade to #1 t-bars. that will help with the lift that you want too.

Ford specs call for level within .64" in the front, .8" in the rear.

bump. I'm thinking of putting a shim under my drivers side leafpack where a block would normally go. All i can hope for is to correct it alittle bit, I will never eliminate it. I just put explorer leafsprings in and the lean is still there

i agree, I used to have a 50lb sandbag in the right rear corner and that helped a little, but i cant justify the decreased mileage anymore. Besides now that I have exploder springs with more payload, that same 50lb bag won't sink it as much now .

Ive never noticed it on any fullsize truck but I have seen the gangsta lean on s10's/sonomas and tacomas.

Try measuring to see exactly where the problem is, then adjust as required. A lift will affect the actual readings, but not the measurement methods or side to side differences. These shots are from my 2004 shop manual:
