I got talked into it.. so here goes nothing.

Well my buddy is a huge welder and mechanic has a huge toyo and everything..

He came to me and said I can SAS your Ranger for a grand. I said your on.

So he is going to find a D44 today for me with 4.10s, He has all the toyo steering components already as well.

He said he can make brackets and has connections for getting brackets. He also has a set of th leafs already as well.

I am going D44 in the front with a coil suspension setup.

As this begins to get under way I will post pictures in a build thread but just though I would come share.

im 8 on 6.5 so i dont count.

yes you can get your axle shafts plugged and drilled to 5on 5.5. Same with the drums. or run adapters. adapters would get the width closer to the front width.

Yeah i dont know how he is doing this. He said he has most of the steering stuff. He said once we pick out an axle we can decide how high. I only wanna go 6 - 8 inches. He can have my drive shaft lengthened for a good price through his dealership. He is mechanic so he has access to alot of this stuff already. He is making his own brackets.

I will start adding it up as we go and let you know but your right its crazy.

What he didnt answer is if the front goes 6 - 8 how do we get the rear 6 - 8..
