No. Your fine!!! I have a 2004 Ranger 2wd Edge. After i bought the truck brand new, i saw exactly what you see now. My drivers side bolt was alot different from my passenger side bolt. So i went to Ford and asked them about it. They said that it was fine, and completely normal. So, actually about a year after that, i cranked my torsion bars. I have always heard never to crank them more than 2-3 inches. I think it was about 5 complete turns on the bolts, and my truck was leveled out. The ride is a little stiffer, but i think it makes it feel a little more off-roady. Know what i mean??? Oh, before you crank the t-bars, make sure you get the truck off the ground first, i.e. put it on a lift or on jack stands. Hey, have fun and send us pics and tell us how you like it. Later.
