Will Camburg Lift Springs Work?

I noticed on Camburg's site, if you've ever checked it out for Ranger parts you might have seen these springs.

Camburg Ford Ranger XLT 98-12 5.5 CRS Coil Springs

It says it will only work as replacements for their entry level L/T which include 3 inch spindles.

If a truck has an aftermarket spindle lift, will these springs still work?

My truck has Doetsch 3" lift spindles on it, I think.

Bump.

I've seen a few other trucks with Camburg springs with aftermarket spindles, but just want to be sure.

I'm shooting for 5-6 inches of lift overall.

Thanks, but that doesn't really answer my initial question.
