front suspension lift help
OK so I have a supreme suspension 3inch lift on my truck. The best way to explain it is The front end has off centered torsion keys so it twist the bar more and gives it more height. So I'm over twisting the bars. It was a horrible desion to get this. But it did the job. Well I bought a winch and bumper which added a lot of weight to the front end and now its squatting very low.
I want to buy the surperlift but don't have the 1500.unless someone knows of a better way of lifting it? Is there something I can do to bring my front end up? Iv read a lot about coil over conversion. Don't really understand too much about it. It seems like it doesn't give you lift? So when it is time for a real lift kit would I want to do that over the surperlift?
I'd be happy with something heavy duty to support the weight for now till I can get a better lift.
There doesn't seem to be any heavy duty shock. I installed the shock with the coil spring around it for my rear and that helps with the weight in the rear. I was hoping something like that for the front. There also doesn't seem to be any heavy duty torsion bars either. So am I out of luck till I buy a real lift kit? And will that lift kit even help with the extra weight or will it be squatting the same amount? I'm afraid I'm going to hit a bump and my bars are going to snap lol.

T-bars came in different stiffnesses from the factory, just like rear springs. The highest load ratting is #1 bars with k springs. Information can be found on the door vin tag for what springs you have. For example my truck was 11kk. My old 2001 was 11cc because it did not have the tow package springs.
For t bars I think rating is 1>B>F

Junk yard, or some guys here that have converted to coil overs in the front may have kept their #1 bars. I kept mine but I'm a little far from you or I'd sell you mine. Look for the '07 or earlier stock keys as well. They make the front sit higher than the '08+ models. I have my keys as well if interested.
