I remember my '03 15" wheels were supposed to have wear issues, but now on my '04 are these 16 inch rims worry free for either fabtech or pro comp spindles?

Not too sure about fabtech, go with Pro-Comp....

I had no problems with my stock 16*7 Tremor Rims when I had the ProComp Lift installed, but got rid of the Tremor Rims and got 16*8 ProComp Xtreme Alloys Stimualted BeadLock Style..No Problems what so ever..
