leveling

what would be best way to level a ranger? wanna stay away from spacers. will lift coils work best? just got new shocks , control arms and lowers so was wondering best route.

2003 2wd ranger 3.0 no $ limit just got all new shocks and uppers /lowers so wouldnt want to change out just wanna pick up front 3"
