To use the press, you're are going to have remove your stub axle from the hub and bearing, seperate your tie rod end from the knuckle and remove the UCA from the knuckle. With all this out of the way, it should be easier. The unit is nothing more than a big C-Clamp. You just need to use the cups to press the lower ball joint in or out of the LCA. Make sure that you press it in straight. You will demo your LCA if you don' t press it in straight. Should go pretty quick. I have to do a Lower Ball Joint Tomorrow, shouldn't take that long (maybe an hour and half or so)

When i used the press from autozone to press in my lower balljoint, the press was actually too small. I had to remove the end of the threaded piece to actually fit it over the balljoint. It had a hole in it which actually fit onto the end of the balljoint. I ended up flaring the hole on the threaded piece from all the pressure but autozone did not notice.
