Steering stabilizer install problem

Steering stabilizer install problem
So I ordered a Skyjacker steering stabilizer kit for my 92 Ranger with a 4" lift. This kit has a solid mounting point on the frame on the passenger side right near the sway bar bracket. I got all the brackets installed but the threaded part of the shock is so close to the sway bar that I cannot get the bushing on. The instruction manual showed a picture of a Ranger or Exploder without a sway bar. Question is, should I remove the sway bar?
Edit: I did some reading about removing the sway bar. I have stiffer front shocks and my front end hardly articulates when I go off roading...which sucks because there are a lot of times where I feel like I am going to tip over as the front doesn't flex but the rear is coming off the ground because of it. I drive 75 miles a day to work, which about 15 miles of that is backroads and the rest all highway. Just trying to get some insight if anyone ran into this issues before.
