Its only because no newer people decide to use the handy search.. the subject has been beaten to death.. perhaps it oes need a sticky, with big ol CAPPED letters yelling out to everyone that theres a T-Bar information post there

I dont understand why people are having problems cranking their T-Bars. Like it has been stated there are so many threads that explain how to do it and even have pictures. I mean how hard is it to twist one bolt evenly on one side of your truck as the other?

BTW there are already 7 different threads just on the first page of the suspension tech. I dont understand?

Oh yeah I see it now and I just used a hammer and I love the look, what I did was just take the right rear shock out and that fixed the taillights

That muffler rattle is your muffler bearing going out. You can get a new one for cheap here..

http://kalecoauto.com/index.php?main...products_id=10

you might also want to add radiator insulator to help out with the fizzles

But I do have a problem, whenever I tighten my t-bolt, it seems as if my wheels keep popping off.. ARGH! *coughs* yeah, anyways.. onward HO!

Getting back to the thread topic,
I don't bother trying to turn the T-bar bolts anymore after I switched to Johnson Rods.
They're really stiff and you only need minimum lubricant for installation.
However they do tend to shrink below 20 degrees.

When i tried johnson rods I needed a lot of lube. I think maybe I was sticking it in the wrong hole or something cause I really had to force it. That only lasted about 2 days though cause I got pulled over by the game warden

that is a long story on how I explained the largemouth bass in my bed under the legal limit.
