i have an 01 xlt ext cab 3.0 liter 2wd. I want to lif5 it up a little maybe 2 or 3 inches. What would be the best method? Suspension or body? I’ve read about leveling kits as well. Coil spacers up front blocks in the rear ? Appreciate your time
